But this in no way a kids show yes all the main charcters are kids yes they all are sypathetic and good charcters but this is a world full of so much dark stuff there are scenes of abuse, torture, sure they keep action minimal and not showing that much actual that much violence but the fact is in one of the early episodes we learn the complete tragic turth that the main charcters freinds and faimly where all murdered in an genocidal act from the violent fire nation all of this ripped away my innocence as a 2 year child and i know now everything i would never ever ever ever show this episode to a kid scratch that this entire seires is littered with awful awful events yes this show also has other stuff they do say a couple swear words nothing to bad but it happens there are also adult jokes littered through out this is just like any other kids show but you know what this show has that not even the darkest kids shows have they make you want to ball your eyes out at stuff that even some R rated moives dont show you know what no kid under the age of 45 should watch this show Official Avatar: The Last Airbender Book 3 Thread of Concentrated Win.
This is a wonderful show that has to be in at least in 20 my favorites. This cartoon on Nickel-fucking-odeon is more profound and esoteric than any televised American drama or Japanese anime that I can think of off the top of my head. overall infinity/10, everything about this show is absolutely perfect. No, I speak of Avatar - The Last Airbender. but it’s very interesting to watch as you get older and begin to understand these metaphors. Zuko would be in charge, Aang and Katara would be together, and all the Kingdoms could rebuild in peace.

Book Four would pick up where Book Three left off and showed us a world free from the Fire Nation’s iron first. lots of heavy subjects are covered but mostly in metaphors so younger viewers may not understand right away. As perfect a finale as Sozin’s Comet is, there were plans for a fourth season of Avatar: The Last Airbender. many characters pasts are dark, especially zukos. though it may be hard for some kids to really understand everything that happens it still includes very beautiful visuals and fun songs/jokes. the relationships are subtle but very beautiful.

even every filler episode is entertaining enough to watch over and over again. Rate it: Avatar: The Last Airbender: Journeys Through the Earth Kingdom. they’re all so well written, each one with a different past that makes them who they are.
the characters and their development is all amazing, especially zukos redemption arc. i just finished rewatching and it’s even better the second time around.
